Frequently Asked Questions *

  • We currently offer two professional printing methods:

        •    Sublimation Printing

        •    Screen Printing

Each method has specific requirements, minimums, and best-use cases.

  • Sublimation printing uses special ink that permanently sinks into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. This creates a smooth, breathable, and long-lasting print that will not crack, peel, or fade when cared for properly.

  • Sublimation works best and primarily on:

        •    White shirts

        •    Light or highlighter-colored shirts

    ⚠️ Important:

Sublimation ink is transparent. This means:

        •    Dark shirt colors cannot be used

        •    Designs printed on white or light shirts must use darker ink colors for visibility

  • Yes! ✅

Sublimation prints are bleach safe because the ink is bonded into the fabric. This makes them perfect for:

        •    Bleach designs

        •    Vintage or distressed looks

        •    Long-term wear without peeling

  • Sublimation works best on:

        •    Polyester or poly-blend shirts (at least 50% polyester)

100% cotton shirts are not recommended for sublimation.

  • 📌 Minimum order: 7 shirts

All shirts must follow sublimation guidelines.

  • Screen printing is a traditional method where ink is pressed on top of the fabric using screens. This method is ideal for:

        •    Bulk orders

        •    Logos

        •    Brand apparel

        •    Events and organizations

  • Screen printing allows for:

        •    Any shirt color

        •    Light or dark garments

  •     •    1 color print = base price

        •    Multiple colors = additional fees per color/screen

Each color requires a separate screen setup.

  • Yes.

    📌 For screen printing:

        •    Minimum order: 50 shirts

        •    Same design

        •    Same print placement

        •    Same shirt color/style

  • We can assist with basic setup. However:

        •    Customer-provided artwork must be print-ready

        •    Additional design work may result in design fees
