What types of events can I host at Unity Banquet Hall?
We accommodate a wide range of events including weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events, anniversaries, graduation celebrations, and more.
How many guests can Unity Banquet Hall accommodate?
Our venue can comfortably host up to 280 seated guests. For standing or cocktail-style events, we can accommodate 350.
What’s included in the rental fee?
The rental fee includes 60 chairs, 8 round tables , mobile bar, setup and breakdown time. Additional packages and decor inventory are available for add ons.
Do you offer all-inclusive event packages?
Yes, we offer customizable event packages that can include decor, catering, day of coordinating, entertainment and more.
Can I bring my own vendors?
Yes, outside vendors are welcome. However, we also have a list of trusted, preferred vendors if you need recommendations.
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 months in advance, especially for weekend dates and popular seasons. However, last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.
Is a deposit required to secure my date ?
Yes, a $300 retainer is required to secure your date plus a refundable security deposit varies based on the size and type of event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing. Please refer to your contract for full details.
Can I outsource my own decorator at the venue?
Absolutely! Complete our venue only intake form.
Is there a kitchen available for catering use?
We have a kitchenette and food prep station available . We also have catering supplies and inventory available for add-ons.
Do you have staff available on the day of the event?
Yes, a venue coordinator will be present to assist with any venue-related needs. Additional staff such as servers, bartenders, or security can be arranged upon request.
